Air India Limited is looking for bright and energetic Indian nationals to join us as Aviation English Language Specialist Expert (Rater-2) and Aviation English Trainer to meet the immediate and future requirements on a fixed-term contract

Aviation English Language Specialist Expert (Rater-2) /01

Eligibility: a. Hold a Master’s degree (English) from Government Recognized University / Institute ; and Have Initial rater training OR b. Have atleast 05 years teaching experience in an Aviation English programme, or English for specific purpose teaching or Teaching English as Foreign/Second Language. OR c. Have atleast 05 years working Knowledge of Principles of theoretical and applied linguistics. In addition to the above qualifications, following education qualifications are preferred : MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or MA in Teaching English as Second Language (TESL) or PG Certificate in Teaching of English (PGCTE) or PG Diploma in Teaching of English (PGDTE) from Govt.Recognised University/Institute

Aviation English Trainer/ 01

Eligibility: a. Hold a Master’s degree (English) from Govt. Recognised University/Institute and b. Have atleast 5 years teaching experience in an Aviation English programme, or English for specific purpose teaching or Teaching English as Foreign/Second Language. and c. In-depth knowledge of Doc 9835 and ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements - Rated Speech Samples (CD) is preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, following education qualifications are preferred : MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or MA in Teaching English as Second Language (TESL) or PG Certificate in Teaching of English (PGCTE) or PG Diploma in Teaching of English (PGDTE) from Govt.Recognised University/Institute

UPPER AGE LIMIT (As on 01.12.2019) : 60 years

EMOLUMENTS Basic Pay : Rs.20000.00 DA (100% of Basic Pay) Rs.20,000.00 HRA (30% of Basic Pay) Rs.6,000.00 Other Allowances : Rs.10,000.00 (50% of Basic Pay) PF Contribution of Employer : Rs.4,000.00 (10% of Basic Pay & DA and to commence after 01 year of service) Total CTC : Rs.60,000.00 per month
