AVP - CST EO PM Work Station (L 10)

Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/IT or Engineering with 8-10 years + of IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Project management experience
- Experience in managing large projects in financial services organization
- Good understanding of SDLC processes including Agile and Waterfall
- 4-6 years of working experience in using and integrating various technologies – Java, Web Services, Middleware, Database(Oracle) etc.

- Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP)
- Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.
- Last annual performance rating should at least be Strong Contributor/Critical Talent
- Existing Level 9 and 10 are only eligible to apply
