Person is responsible to lead mid/large size one or more ITprograms. He/She is required to work with development partners to ensure theexecution of projects in a timely manner with expected quality

• Person will be the IT ownerleader for AI amp; chatbot technology stack and be the single point of contact for all IT needs of assigned tech stack
• As an IT leader, person will keep track of all IT projects for AI stack. He/She will be responsible to drive IT-function monthly meeting with business leader and all relevant stakeholders to prioirtize the IT projects and provide status of ongoing projects for business function
• Person is required to build a strong understanding of business processes across lifecycle of card domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding
• Person should have a strong understanding of program management domain. He/She should be able to create project plan, drive both business amp; IT teams to work with plan, identify project/program risks and put mitigations or do timely escalation for help needed.
• Person should publish program dashboard to keep all stakeholders updated
• Person is required to work on determining program budget, preparing a board note for obtaining the program approval and executing program within approved budget. Person is also required to plan for operating expenses.
• Strong team player – The role entails working with multiple teams hence the candidate would need to display inclusiveness to lead as well as take the team along the life of the Program. Collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
• Prepare for engagement reviews amp; able to present to executive leadership
• Domain Expertise amp; Thought leadership – Person should be capable to bring required rigor in projects execution ensuring timely delivery and first time right of projects. Person should have holistic view ensuring delivering powerful and effective solutions in the integration space
• Researcher amp; Quick Learner – Person needs to be up to speed with the current trends in industry for digital IT solutions. Should be able to learn quickly and take necessary adaptation as required.
• Working with business product owners amp; category heads to help them reach IT solutions for their digital needs. Person needs to design the IT solutions and review periodically with technical vendor teams.
• Bring technical experience on handling projects involving technologies like AI, Machine Learning, NLP etc
