Microsoft Azure projects focused on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS),including:
Design Azure deployments based on customer requirements, best practices, and following patterns and practices developed by Agile IT.
Automating Azure tasks using PowerShell
Moving or expanding Active Directory from on premise to Azure
Migration of workloads into Azure
Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code approaches, tools, and strategies
Experience with writing scripts and implementing automation
Work with application and security teams to remediate any issues with resources, services, or security concerns for cloud platforms.
Experience with standardizing solutions for virus protection, OS Templates, and scripting to put baselines
Proactively look for ways to improve administration, monitoring, and standard operating procedures.
Plan, create, and deploy backup strategies to protect data stored in the cloud and strategic monitoring for all accounts.
Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in a service desk ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and take action within the expected response time.
Monitoring of all cloud resources and responding to alerts within the environment.
Ability to implement systems that are highly available, scalable and meet disaster recovery requirements.
Use the best modern tools for the job, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Splunk, New Relic, and BigQuery
Design and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for Cloud and Mobile apps, Deep Learning workflows, and data pipelines (preferred)
Good planning, communication and presentation skills
Disciplined, organised and self-motivated
May require to work 24X7 shifts based on need
