As our B2B Sales Associate, you'll have the chance to sell our cutting-edge AI-based invoice automation solution to businesses across diverse sectors, with a current focus on BFSI, PSU clients, and implementation partners for SAP, Tally, and Oracle. Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and meeting B2B decision makers and user departments from corporates
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and other proactive sales activities
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Close deals and negotiate contracts with customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our solution and generate leads
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with BFSI, PSU clients, and implementation partners like SAP, Tally, Oracle is a plus, but not mandatory
Remuneration:
We offer a fixed salary of INR 18,000 per month plus variable bonus of 40% based on performance. A comprehensive benefits package will be added in due course.
