Job Responsibilities:
To Lead the development of the backend systems.
Build distributed, secure, and performant backend systems.
Mentor and provide feedback to teammates.
Design (LLD & HLD) and architect technical solutions.
What weâre looking for:
5 + years of Software Development experience.
1-2 years of experience in building scalable backend systems.
Experience in system design, distributed systems, relational and No-SQL databases.
Strong, object-oriented design, coding skills, and test-driven development.
Knowledge/Experience in Event-Driven Architecture.
Experience in microservices architecture patterns.
