Job Summary: 

We’re looking for a Back-End Developer who specializes in server-side components. In this role, you’ll primarily work in Node.js and will bring a depth of knowledge on basic algorithms and data structures.

As a Back-End Developer, on any given day you might be designing new features for our customers, refactoring existing code to be more scalable, debugging, API optimization, requirements analysis, feature estimation, and seeing changes through to completion in a live environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods.

1. Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem.
2. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
3. Good Hands-on experience in Node Js frameworks like Express, Hapi, and other Javascript frameworks like Socket.io.
4. Knowledge and understanding of Request, Response, and proficiency in REST-ful APIs.
5. Implementation of security like OAuth 2.0, OAuth 1.0, JWT, Basic Auth, and data protection.
6. Integration & Design of data storage solutions like RDBMS, NoSQL DB, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and dynamo DB etc.
7. Experience in combining and implementing analytical and creative problem-solving techniques and approaches.
8. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices and habits.
9. Knowledge of code versioning tool - Git.
10. Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.

Good to Have: 

1. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3, Bootstrap 4.
2. Understanding of frontend frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, VueJS.
3. Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

Qualifications:

1. No Criteria for Academic Qualifications
2. Relevant Experience of at least 1+ yr 
3. No special certifications required

   Working Conditions:

1. The normal working hours for any employee at Blinsoft Technologies are between 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM between Monday to Friday. 
2. However, depending upon the project and client requirements, flexible timings/WFH can be availed on approval from assigned Managers. 
3. If a candidate wants to avail indefinite period WFH option, they can request for the same at the time of joining.
4. In case of urgent project requirements, any employee of Blinsoft Technologies might have to work for extended hours and weekends too.

Compensation:

No bar for ideal candidates. The final compensation offered will be decided upon factors such as last/current withdrawn salary, industry experience, internal salary slabs, and industry salary surveys....
