Job Description:



We are looking for Software Engineers to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. He will be primarily responsible for designing and developing new backend features, deployment, database designs, and scalability and performance of the API infrastructure.

Along with the above-mentioned responsibilities, he may need to interact with mobile engineers, frontend developers to complete features end to end.

Currently, our stack consists of Django/Python, Android, and Reactjs on AWS.

Responsibilities will include

1. Design and implement Restful APIs & feature for UI/ Mobile application clients
2. Manage DevOps tasks such as build, release, and deploy using cloud environment tools and utilities.
3. Manage video processing pipelines and come up with techniques to optimize content management
4. Work on developing data pipelines and analytics APIs
5. Debug bugs and scalability issues to deliver high quality and performance applications
6. Conceive and develop various tools needed to support all other functional aspects of the product such as testing, UI, data & content management.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, preferably minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Strong experience in python, Java, Go, etc object-oriented languages.
• Detailed knowledge of networking, distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in working with Mysql, Aurora, Postgresql
• Bias for delivering bug-free and testable reusable components/ tools/ utilities.
• Good exposure and experience with unit testing
• Familiarity with web security, content security, and user security.
• Ability to quickly pick up new frameworks
• Good communication skills and attitude to help other team members
