ROLE: Backend Developer

What you’ll do

• Build large scale, observable, and highly available infrastructure systems
• See a problem or opportunity, take ownership and act on it independently; develop methods and habits to be an informed and motivated product owner
• Develop technical documentation, diagrams and templates and display rigour in maintaining accuracy and relevancy of developed materials
• Improve developer productivity through better tooling and insights into our APIs (Graph or REST): discoverability, versioning, error rates, and frequency analysis
• Collaborate with UI teams to enable new functionality and to support their needs; build libraries to support client-side functionality

What you bring to the role

• 2 + years of experience in building large scale distributed applications easily.
• Experience in working with C# .NET Framework and/or .NET Core is a must.
• Experience in at least two languages and should be able to adapt 
• A hands-on engineer, and you love what you do
• Experience in building distributed systems with highly available and scalable infrastructure
• Experience in developing Microservices & concurrent, event-driven systems
• Optimize server and protocol performance to improve efficiency and latency

Nice to have:

• Experience in designing Compilers
• Ability to work with fuzzy requirements and turn them into a real working solution
• Experience in building automation tools as well as products
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Contributions to open-source projects
