Responsibilities:
Handling daily office administration, internal sales operations & customer service duties.
Communicate with HQ and Tax Consultant, on matters related to general Finance.
Communication with related Statutory Authorities on licensing.
Maintaining, monitor customer orders & stocks control.
Processing shipping documents (import & export).
Communicate with forwarders, transporters, shipping agencies for quotation & shipment bookings.
Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
Other ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Skills:

Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
