BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Very good communication in English.
• Both Graduate and undergraduate can be considered.
• Should be willing to work for a year or above.
• Should be a nearby resident for easy commutation/reach & shift flexibility.
• Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage.
• Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer-centric activities (as the process requires logical people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly). 
• Should have a flair for excellent customer service & its importance.
• Candidate must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint).
• Candidate must flexible for 12/7 or 24/7, as per the process requirement.
• Typing speed should be 30WPM with 90% accuracy. (for Chat campaign)*
