Job Description

Job Role- 
  • Operation Department ( Back Office Assistant) Making Invoices For Clients/Customers Maintaining Company Documents (Printing, Scanning & Filing) 
  • Contacting Clients & Others Through Mails & Phone For Follow Up Of Documents,Products & Payments.
  • Sending Couriers To Clients & Other Members 
  • Coordinating With Clients & Other Members Of The Company Creating Monthly Reports Of Invoices, Job Work & Others 
Desired Candidate Profile 
  •  Must Have Good Command Over English Language 
  •  Graduation Required 
  •  Good Communication Skills
