Roles and Responsibilities:-
01- Manage and update Insurance Member and Plan data on
multiple systems.
02- Enter new member data into excel and enrollment forms.
03- Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate
manner.
04- Communicates with customers through written correspondence.
05- Using PC application and functions such as Excel and
Word to update and load data sets.
06- To answer queries coming from end user customers in a polite and professional manner.
Skill Set Required:-
01- Good typing speed (25 wpm with 80% Accuracy).
02- Strong commitment to customer service and quality
03- Excellent Keyboard Skills
04- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
05- Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied.
06- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written with a very good command over English grammar
07- Excellent listening skills
08- Should be flexible to work in night shifts.
