Position Overview:

As an Back Office Coordinator Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient resolution of ATM downtime incidents.

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to incidents raised by clients, coordinating with field teams, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Your primary goal will be to minimize ATM downtime and ensure that all incidents are resolved within the specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to incidents raised by clients regarding ATM downtime issues.
• Coordination: Collaborate with field teams, client helpdesk, and service engineers to ensure timely dispatch of resources to resolve ATM incidents.
• Ticketing System: Update and maintain accurate remarks on our internal and client ticketing systems to track the progress of incident resolution.
• Resolution Targets: Drive field custodians and internal teams to achieve resolution targets, minimizing the downtime of ATMs.
• Escalation Handling: Identify and route escalations to the appropriate authorities when necessary to ensure the prompt resolution of critical incidents.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve targets, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
