Job Description

Key roles and responsibility:

1. Coordination with customer (Banks) end to end from time of case imitation to its closure (till report submission)

2. Ensuring TAT <24 Hours for each case (Initiation to report submission)

3. Coordination with Engineer to ensure TAT and quality of reports

4. Follow up with Internal team member to ensure TAT and quality of reports

5. Submitting status of each case in desired format to reporting manager on daily basis before leaving office every day.

6. Ensuring ethics, values, code of conduct, behavior with internal and external customer as per company norms

7. Carry out routine checks to ensure safety and security

8. Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
