Job Description

Coordinating customer calls, generating ticket id through ticketing tool, assigning engineers, end-to-end following up with engineers and various cross-functional teams and providing faster resolution of customers' issues.
Prompt/Regular replying updating to customer internal/external.
Perform basic troubleshooting video telephone/remote desk to resolve customer’s technical issues.
Preparation of Reports on Daily Weekly Basis to monitor calls.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel for Preparing various Daily /weekly reports
Good communication skills, spoken and written both
Good Communication Coordination skills with engineers management capabilities clubbed with Proficiency in Email and MS Excel skills are Required.
Customer centric approach and a service attitude is must for excellent Customer Satisfaction ratings.
