Responsibilities and Duties
Provide client support and resolution for technical issues through phone or email.
Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to Computers, Garmin devices, Routers and Printers.
Knowledge of Remote Monitoring Tools.
Fixation of Virus and Malware Intrusion Etc.
Ensure equipment or software being installed complies with company policies and regulations.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Skills :
Adaptability and teamwork rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other resolver team members.
Planning and organizing – must be able to manage multiple open cases at one time.
Critical thinking and problem-solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer problems, analyze them, and solve them.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Should possess good telephonic and email etiquettes.
Must be Punctual.
