Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about products or services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department if needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
• Meet or exceed performance goals including call quality, productivity metrics, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in [Hindi].
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
