Responsibilities:
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and
ordering office supplies.
Assisting and coordinating with the Service team.
Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
Assisting and supporting management.
Ensure Proper Order Execution, Timely Dispatch of Spares/Equipment
including Transportation & Insurance in Consultation to H.O.
Maintain Statutory Records of the Company, Adhering to ISO Procedures,
Assist in Cross Business Team Functions, etc.
Preparing Quotations in consultation to Management and participating in
Enquiries / Tender
Managing Travel and records for our Engineers
Assist in finding New Products, Tenders, Suppliers and Developing
Effective Dealership Agreements
Skills:

Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
