The job responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Producing Information by Transcribing, Formatting, Inputting, Editing, Retrieving, Copying, And Transmitting text, Data, and Graphics.
Conserving Executive’s Time by Reading, Researching and Routing Correspondence; Drafting Letters and Documents; Collecting and Analyzing Information; Initiating Telecommunications and Travel.
Representing the Executive by Attending Meetings in the Executive’s Absence; Speaking for the Executive.
Maintaining Customer Confidence and Protects Operations by keeping Information Confidential.
Completing Projects by Assigning work to Clerical Staff, Following up on Results.
Preparing Reports by Collecting and Analyzing Information.
Securing Information by Completing Database Backups.
Providing Historical Reference by Developing and Utilizing Filing and Retrieval Systems; Recording Meeting Discussions.
Maintaining Professional and Technical Knowledge by Attending Educational Workshops; Reviewing Professional Publication; Establishing Personal Networks; Participating in Professional Societies.
Managing Paperwork, Document file, Email Letters, Telephone, Internal And External Meetings, Time Table, Travels and Events.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related Results as Needed.
