Back Office Executive jobs in Ahmedabad at R Manilal And Sons

This is a key position that is involved in coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers and frontline sales.
You will be involved in tele-sales related activities for renewals and repeat sales, processing sales orders received from the customers, preparation of/ for the product offerings based on customer requirements and up-selling or cross selling wherever required.
Assisting and coordinating with sales team and marketing team
Supporting administrative staff
Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
Documentation and reporting to the marketing department
Payment follow ups.
Approaching to new customers by tele marketing.

Requirements:

The person should have knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel and Word.
The person should have good Communication skills.
The person should have Marketing skills
