Perform the business's administrative functions, including data entry, human resources accounting, etc.
Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns
Assist in scheduling, analyzing, and updating project estimates
Research and analyze competitor offerings
Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures
Maintain and update project timelines
Implement and prioritize company policies and procedures
Conduct weekly meetings to review metrics, report accomplishments, and set goals for the week
Maintain and update project documents and files
Maintain and update proposal and bid documents
Review and update project estimates
