Job Description

  • Minimum one to three years of experience in vendor management. 
  • Minimum two to three years of experience of customer management. 
  • Can able to manage the team member. 
  • Basic understating of GST filling. 
  • Understating of complete purchase cycle. 
  • Ability to handle escalation at vendor or customer level. 
  • Financial payment tracking for all customer. 
  • New customer relationship management. 
Skills: 
  • Basic Understanding of IT hardware. 
  • Bachelor Degree is mandatory.
  • Experienced level of customer relationship management skills 
  • Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills 
  • English is compulsory, Knowing Kannada is an added advantage 
  • Customer-oriented, personable and a team player
