Job Description

  • Accurately enter and update data into relevant systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, spreadsheets).
  • Process transactions such as invoices, payments, and orders.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports and documents (e.g., daily/weekly reports, presentations).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility
  • Assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
