Job Description

  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important docs and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales related material to the team.
  • Handle the processing of orders and maintaining the stock related docs.
  • Monitoring the sales team progress on daily basis and reporting the same.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  • Assisting in preparation of salaries.
  • Analysing delays in the delivery of material and reporting the same.
  • Meeting the clients to understand them, only in Bhopal.(Max 7 in a week).
  • Working on the GeM portal, training will be provided for the same.
  • Good Computer Skills, specially MS Office and Net realted activities.
  • Well organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
  • A team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
