Hi we are looking  Back office Executive for below roles and responsibility person.

Salary: 18K to 22K

Immediately joiner need.

Handling all breakdown calls received by fax, phone, email and schedule technicians to attend the same on priority basis

· Schedule technicians on day to day basis to carry out preventive maintenance of automatic doors covered under warranty,

contract and spot jobs

· Preparation of quotation upon receipt of service reports from the technicians and enquiries received through fax, email and

phone. Subsequent follow up with clients to get the same approved

· Preparation of service proposal and subsequent follow up for securing new contracts

· Generating sales order and purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for quick dispatch of material

Timely renewals of contracts

· Preventive maintenance service work to be completed within 30 days

· Handling of __% of break down (emergency/spot) calls within 24 hours

· Preparation of quotations as per set target

· Service receivable days not to exceed as per the set target standards.

Knowledge and Experience

· Graduate in any discipline

· Minimum 2-3 year’s industry experience,

preferably in the field customer service and/or

sales and/or pricing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication
