Job Description:

• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Assisting in inventory /stock Management.
• Help in managing AMC work for AV Products.
• Candidate will prepare AV Solutions PPT, BOQ, and Handover Manual for clients.
• Processing company proposals, receipts, invoices, Challans and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management.
• Should be well versed with E-mail writings.
• Should be able to take follow ups from clients for PO.
• Male Candidate will be given preference.

Back Office Executive Requirements:

• Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

• Morning shift (9am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday).

Experience:

• Backend Executive :  6 months – 1.5 year (Preferred)
