JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Entering data using applications including: automated policy issuance, spreadsheet, and word processing to enable policy and endorsement issuance.
• Manage and maintain records including correspondence and data files.
• Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness.

• JOB ROLE : Technical support Executive.

• BCA/B.TECH/MCA/B.SC/B.E

JOB DESCRIPTION

• It is a voice process, where candidates need to resolve customer queries related to electronic gadgets.
• Candidates should be good in English communication skill both written and verbal.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in 24*7 environment.
• Candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide assistance to them within timelines.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good typing speed (more than 25 wpm with 90% Accuracy).
• Strong commitment to customer service and quality
