Responsibilities and Duties

Answering Calls: A large number of students convert for our online course after talking to us over the phone. Your work will include having telephonic conversations with students and explaining them about our Online Course. Work will also include answering phone calls of our already registered students and resolving any issues faced by them.
Administrative Issues: Your work includes handling the back end of our website & helping students to log in and access the website. It will require a little bit of technical know-how about the tools we use but these are basic web-apps, and we will teach you how to operate them.
Lead management: We primarily use excel for this. We get leads from various sources and they need to be managed properly so that we do not miss out on potential customers.
Social Media Management: We have a presence on various social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. It would be your responsibility to manage those profiles and create content for those accounts. Your work will include developing and managing digital marketing campaigns as well as interacting with the audience on these platforms.
Live Chatting through Business Whatsapp- Our students contact us on Whatsapp. Your work would include chatting with them and providing them with details about our Online Course.

Qualifications and Skills

Good Convincing & Communication Skills
Fluency in English- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in English in both written and verbal format. Since most of our students are from South India, the candidate must be fluent in English.
Good knowledge of computers
Ability to write/type messages to ensure the professional tone
Excellent verbal & written skills
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed.
