1. KYC updating for customers
2. Documents verification of customers
3. Account verification of customers
4. Prepare files of customers
5. Maintain data of customers
6. Solving queries of customers
7. Communicate with customer regarding banking service
8. Telling the banking benefits to customer
9. Maintain good relation with customers
AGE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
1. Maximum age limit of 32 years
2. Higher Secondary Required
3. Graduation preferred
4. Fresher & Experienced both can apply
5. Candidate must be fluent in Bengali
6. English & Hindi preferable
7. Must have basic knowledge of computer
8. Candidate must be smart and pleasant personality
9. Candidate should have Aadhar Card
