We’re looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting our sales team, managing our customer database, and preparing reports. • Oversee all payroll and human resource activities for an organization

• Supervise accounting and finance activities, including preparing financial reports, allocating funds, and overseeing payables and receivables

• Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Manage administrative activities, such as organizing meetings and meetings scheduling

• Manage other administrative functions, such as scheduling travel, arranging appointments, and handling mail

• Complete various administrative tasks, such as report writing, filing, compiling data, and maintaining record
