Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Back Office Operations in the insurance domain only

·         Should know how to-do entries

·         Should know how to make quotations

·         Would coordinate with the Vendors and the Callers for closures of cases.

·         Good Knowledge of policy issuance  or renewal policy

·         To produce work within specified turn around time

·         Doing all the work for request received from CC team

·         Co-ordinate with other branches for the query of work

·         Handel all the other responsibilities related to the job.

·         processed the data with the help of predefined formulas

·         Maintained the daily transactions data in Ms excel sheets

·         Prepared daily/weekly reports for different departments as per their standard formats
