Job Description
Should have experienced in dealers and distribution development in the field of the auto industry or electrical industry or any other industry good network and known OEM culture
Should be able to create and develop the customer in sales-oriented services
Should be able to create and guide team.Should be able to manage and handle the customers and drive organic sales growth.
Will be responsible for planning and proposing Incentive in line with Industrial Distribution Business Document
Will be responsible for planning with Industrial Distribution Business Document
Will be responsible for the drafting of Industrial Distribution business document, initiating approvals from different levels, maintaining a record of any changes and share the same with Contract Management Team and proving input to Distribution Head on changes to be made in the Planning and update the management with MIS on regular basis.
Cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels
Monitor the performance of sales staff and to take necessary actions to ensure that sales targets are met
Should be able to handle Network ExpansionGeneral duties including management, strategic and developmental
A person familiar with the North and central India Region will be given preference.
