Job Description

We are into verification and investigation assignments on behalf of our clients that are major insurance companies (Life & General).

Our office is at Shivpuri, Off Boring Road, Patna.

Office profile

Job Description: – Data entry and initiation of all verification cases to the field team – Follow up over the phone for closures with the field before the timeline – Maintain, update and send daily MIS to the field, clients, and dashboards to the manager – Prepare verification reports as per the desired formats – Client and team management

Reqd Skills: Mandatory grammatically correct English writing skills, Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word negotiation, and interpersonal skills working knowledge of e-mails

Info: A probation period of 2-3 months will be there.

Preferred - a local person from Patna district and staying closer to Shivpuri, having own two-wheeler for an easy commute to the office, a laptop or a desktop at home, and the studies should be completed.

At least 6 months' experience of working in any office will be great.
Looking for someone who wishes to make a career in the operational risk and fraud management domain at Patna.
