Responsibilities and Duties:
Contact potential leads and handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
Answer questions about the service or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
Prepare and reconcile customer balance
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
Candidate should be graduated.
Willing to work in a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Minimum one year experience required
