Job Description
Back office Executive only female candidate required who can manage online marketing platforms like Amazon and Flipkart and one can manage Indiamart inquires.
Job time will be full time and should have 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform market research.
Gather and process research data.
Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
Assist and coordinate with the sales team.
Assist the Front Office team.
Help with inventory control.
Organise staff meetings and updating calendars.
Process company receipts, invoices, and bills.
Support management.
Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
Excellent organisational skills.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Ability to work as part of a team.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
Familiarity with market research techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field.
