Roles & Responsibilities:
I. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
II. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
III. Prepare outgoing mail/emails by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
IV. Check, sort and forward emails
V. Prepare Applications/ letters/drop applications/ assist in preparation of documents
VI. Typing/ attending and making telephonic/ WhatsApp/ calls by all electronic means calls for promoting business
VII. Attending clients/ dealing with all people whether from private/ corporate or government authorities
VIII. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
IX. Keep updated records and files
X. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
XI. Greet, welcome & Consult guests with their queries or visa applications or enquiries.
