Roles and responsibilities
1) Responsible for fleet maintenance without disrupting the operations.
2) To ensure the services are booked well in advance of the date of travel.
3) To log all new request and follow-up.
4) To maintain close communication with relevant suppliers or drivers at all the time on the progress of the booking.
5) To maintain close communication with relevant clients at all the time on the progress of the booking.
6) To identify opportunities to improve operational or service methods or procedures.
7) Ensure the vehicle is kept cleaned and drivers are well groomed/well behaved.
8) Be the first point of contact for booking.
Requirements
1) Fluency in English, Hindi and additional local languages.
2) Experience from the travel industry.
3) Have a positive and competitive attitude with the drivers to succeed.
4) Sensitive to customer needs and requirement.
5) Working in a team and confident.
6) Excellent customer services skills.
7) Basic computer knowledge.
