Responsibilities include:

1. Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies
2. Assisting and coordinating with the sales/front office/dispatch teams
3. Assisting with inventory control
4. Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars
5. Managing phone calls and correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
6. Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned
7. Performing market research, gathering and processing research data
8. Uploading data on the website
