Opening For Back Office Support Executive (Changodar)- Female Candidates only

Job profile :

·         Preparation of domestic quotes for Sales &Export quotes

·         Preparation of all documents after receiving an order: Proforma Invoice, SJO, Order Confirmation, etc.

·         Preparation of proforma invoices as per emails received from production department.

·         Maintaining records of orders intake

·         Preparation of SAP report for Sales as well as for the Finance department, Monthly Sales Analysis to be submitted to concern departments.

·         Maintaining filing records and co-ordinating the proforma invoices with logistics department

·         Arrange the booking of travel tickets for concern departments

·         Arrange to book hotels for the sales department

·         Co-ordinating and assisting sales team for all sales promotion events

·         Co-ordinating with concern departments for sales activities

·         Co-ordinating for cab requirements for the sales department
