We are seeking for a dedicated individual to join us. The candidate will work with the product development team and must be a creative & innovative programmer in-order to deliver the best practices; an ideal candidate must possess excellent coding skills with outstanding professionalism & leadership and must have minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in JAVA as a full stack developer.

Desirable Skills & Expertise

Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a Back-end developer (Preferable from a Start-up / product-based entity) with Master's or Bachelor's degree in computers are preferred.
Must possess excellent Creative, Innovative and problem-solving skills.
Work exp. in Java, Advanced JAVA, Frame-works like: Spring boot/MVC and Spring Security.
Good understanding in Front-end technologies like HTML, Java Script, Angular and typescript is added advantage.
Hands-on exp. in handling DB like SQLite & MongoDB are preferred.
Possesses intellectual humility; smart, driven, creative and able to learn things from slipups, willing to raise others up.
Excellent Analytical skills with integrated professionalism at all levels.
Excellent R & D, Self-learning & Passionate in coding are highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities

The role is responsible for designing, coding and deploying high-performance enterprise applications.
Must be open to learn, explore & implement new technologies & ideas.
Should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Excellent trouble shootings & problem-solving skills.
Responsible to explore the complete SDLC from requirement analysis through testing and deployment.
Responsible to develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
Guide the clients through various stages of the project and transition to support organization.
Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.
