We have a Immediate requirement of Coding Back End Developer for one of our client at Bangalore location.

Summary

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6 to 10years experience level is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support TalentHub and Job Ingestion (Python and Java based).
• Troubleshoot and debug issues on Linux based systems
• Communicate and work with Customer Service and Implementation Consultant teams
• Analyze and validate large volumes of data and associated schema
• Work with distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with speediness and quality.
• Develop multi-tier scalable, high-volume performing, and reliable services that operate 24x7.
• Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross functional, and company-wise critical programs.
• Identify, leverage, and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity.
• Have the capacity to onboard new hires
• Develop and maintain integrations to third parties.
• Report daily and weekly status updates for their work.
• Create and keep materials to onboard new team members up to date.
• Set standards for high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
• Contribute significant new functionality to a framework for ingesting data from many different sources (web, authentication, sftp) and formats (html, xml, csv, json, database dumps).
• Review code from team members and provide guidance on major application design decisions.
• Collaborate on other technologies owned by the team such as Java backend and/or mid-tier services, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• Overall 6 to 8 years of professional experiences
• 4+ years of professional experience with the Python programming language.
• 4+ years of professional experience working on Java based systems.
• 4+ years of professional experience working with version control systems like Git and svn.
• 4+ years of professional experience working in a short-cycle, agile, iterative development team.
• English language proficiency.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Services
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, XPATH)
• SQL Query knowledge
• Technical lead experience (including experience hiring, mentoring and evaluating junior team members).
• An interest in designing highly scalable systems and functional data models and schemas.
