Exult Martech Solutions jobs - Backend Developer

The backend developer will be the first vacancy we are looking at, based out of Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The other vacancies will gradually open up based on how the product gains ground. We are looking for a developer who is keen on learning new things, loves data, and wants to be a part of something that starts small and grows big. This is an opportunity that is not like any other and hence the learning is bound to be in a fast-paced environment. We are looking at candidates who can treat Exult's products as his/her own and make sure that we meet the user requirements and also innovate at the speed of light.

Minimum Skill Requirements:

1) Should have worked on building products in the past

2) Should have at least 1-year experience in building backend using Python

3) Should be keen and energetic towards learning new things

4) Should be hands-on with MySQL, AWS infrastructure management

5) Should be a graduate in any discipline

Job Responsibilities

The candidate would be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

1) Will be required to work with the Product Manager closely to build as per the priorities laid down.

2) The selected candidate will be the sole owner of the product he/she will be working on

3) Should be sensitive to the timelines for delivery and try to meet it.

4) Should be able to prioritize tasks and be responsive towards bugs

5) Should be willing to have early morning and late evening interactions with the product manager based out of Canada

6) Should be keen on research and resolving problems at hand

7) Should be willing to take on the opportunity of interacting with the clients on occasion

8) Should be keen on self-development and growth

9) Should be willing to work individually until the rest of the team is not hired

10) Should be able to organize his approach towards development
