Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Minimum of 3-5 years front-end web development experience
- Proven, thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility issues, Adobe Photoshop, CSS grids & frameworks
- Ability to write JavaScript from scratch in addition to jQuery
- Expert in Responsive Web Design
- Experience working in SDLC and Agile/Scrum projects
- Experience creating/modifying .NET Web Applications, C#, MS SQL
- Experience in cross-device and cross-browser development and testing
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
- UI Prototyping or Mockup tools (Visio, Adobe, etc.)
- Familiar with UX design principles and practices
- Experience with Service Portal
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM
- Experience with jQuery and AngularJS
- Experience working with third-party platforms such as WordPress
- Mobile application experience: HTML5 or native
- Experience with the ServiceNow enterprise platform
