Job Description

Job Knowledge of Node.js, and MySQL

Creating RESTful services with Node.js
Extend scalable web architectures
Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
Attention to details and obsession about building something exceptional
Ability to work independently
Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies Minimum 1 year of experience in Node.js and Express
Hands-on with MySQL 8.0 database standards
Experience building RESTful services
Working knowledge of backend auth, domain-driven architecture, Sequelize, and performance Ability to create DB design from requirements
Solid understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client
Obsession with lean, clean, and organized code
Able to handle competing deadlines
Good understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation

Additional Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and organizational skills
