About Job Role : An ideal backend developer will be someone who is fluent in backend coding and development. The ideal human will be a team player who would know how to use his/her skills and ensure smooth running of the app.

- Basics (Mandatory) :
- Thorough knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Strong understanding Linux Operating System
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Has prior experience working in an Agile Environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Understands how to use Git
- Backend (Mandatory) :
- Building performance optimised APIs for Mobile Apps using NodeJS/Golang
- Has good command over PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis
- Clear understanding of microservices architecture
- Building Pub-Sub/Streams using RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Has prior experience in working on a microservice architecture
- Has prior experience in writing unit tests with Chai/Mocha/Jest
- Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Understands CI/CD pipelines and working with different environments
- Writing reusable components with unit tests
- Writing functional, modular and reusable code
- Added Bonus :
- Has prior experience in working with GoLang in the production environment
- Has worked with Mongoose and Sequelize NodeJS framework for MongoDB and SQL
- Using cloud services (GCP, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
