We are building a team of back-end champions who can turn all the amazing research modules being churned out by our research team into products for large scale use and adoption. Each member of the team is expected to help Staqu create scalable solutions that can stand the test of time and user volume through kick engineering and architecture.
A brief overview of the job is given below :
Roles And Responsibilities

• Design of modular server components for Web as well as Mobile applications
• Developing and scaling REST APIs
• Rapid prototyping of applications based on requirements
• Scaling applications in production based upon user load
• Converting research modules into scalable products
  

Desirables

• Experience in working on large-scale distributed systems
• Data-driven architecture and systems design
• Experience in designing and developing scalable projects in Django or Flask frameworks
• Exceptional hands-on with relational databases and NoSQL
• Familiarity with task queues, Redis, RabbitMQ, Scrapy
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Docker
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Basic understanding of machine learning and data science
• Basic understanding of ELK stack
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
