Responsibilities:

We are looking for a senior engineer who has a strong understanding of Python and working with AWS. You will be writing functions using Lambda, working with RDS, DynamoDB, and S3, creating APIs, and working with SNS and SQS. A stronghold on Chalice would be a plus

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in coding with Python
• Experience working with various services in AWS such as Lambda, API Gateway, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, S3
• Experience with writing Lambda using Chalice
• Strong understanding of security in AWS context using IAM roles
• Strong understanding of REST
• Knowledge of Python test frameworks and automated testing
• Experience using Git and an understanding of CI/CD

Able to work independently, act pro-actively, keep management apprised of project-related issues

Excellent at communication

Understand and analyze requirements.

Develop components in AWS by leveraging its features

Write effective code keeping in mind the cost optimization in AWS
