Job Description

Urgent Required For A Male Freshers/Experience For The Backend Non-Voice/Non-Sales Profile. Interested Candidates Must Have At Least Basic Knowledge Of Computer Along With Good Understanding Of English. Rotational Shifts, & Highly Supported Working Environment
• Rotational Shifts: Morning: 6:00AM To 2:00PM Afternoon: 1:00PM To 9:00PM Night: 9:00PM To 6:00AM

- Provide exceptional customer support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

- Resolve tickets through chats. Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

- Perform problem research and testing when necessary.

- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.

- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
