Job Summary:

ALLINS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is recruiting a Backend Operation Executive/Sales Associate. This role will be responsible for issuing Motor Vehicle Insurance Policies. Necessary training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Primary job responsibilities are sales target achievement and effective team management.
Involve in daily sales activities along with customer service and relationship building.
Achieve individual productivity month on month basis.
Stay in line with the channel initiatives and drive aggressively.
Responsible for end to end sales process & policy issuance along with customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience: -
Minimum graduate
Hindi proficiency is Preferable
Fresher can apply
Good communication skills is essential
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Negotiable. With Good Variables, Petrol Allowance, Mobile Recharge.
